Exploring Colors in Nature: a Keiki and Family Workshop

Wai'anae Farmers Market with Mama T
MLC brought "Mama T" from Down to Earth Health Food Store to give a free cooking demo using locally grown foods at the Wai'anae Farmers Market at Wai'anae High School on February 26 (8:00 - 11:30 am). She taught folks how to make Manoa Lettuce Tacos with seasoned veggie meat, pineapple salsa, local avocado guacamole with sweet Maui onions, and Hau`ula tomato salsa fresca!
